Daffodil Day 2026 at Shotover House, Sunday 22 March, 2pm - 4.30pm

  • Shotover House Wheatley, Oxford OX33 1NE UK (map)

St Nicolas Church in Forest Hill, with the support of the Shotover Trust, is delighted to be organising another ‘Daffodil Day’ on Sunday 22 March. Proceeds are shared equally between the church and The Maple Tree Children’s Centre in Wheatley.

The event offers a rare opportunity to wander around the Shotover gardens and enjoy the extensive displays of daffodils and other spring bulbs. Tea, coffee and home made cake (including gluten free and vegan options) will be on sale throughout the afternoon and there will be an accessible refreshment tent at the front of the house. Toilets (including a disabled toilet) will be provided.

As in previous years, free off-site car parking will be available at local schools and the routes for walking or cycling will be clearly signposted. Advance booking is strongly recommended, particularly if you are hoping to park on site. Priority will be given to ‘Blue Badge’ holders and drivers with limited mobility.
